Top 5 Travel Accessories

November 16, 2012

One of the worst parts of traveling is lugging your bags around airports and bus stations, with the probability that something in your luggage will break or be ruined.  Whether it’s a quick weekend trip or a weeklong vacation, every girl needs the right accessories to help her out. Here are a few of our favorite travel products so you can look chic and organized for every trip!

Tote bag – Pick a tote bag big enough to fit everything for a weekend, but small enough to carry onto a plane. We love the size of the Longchamp “Le Pliage” tote.  You can choose from tons of colors and the long straps make it easy to carry.

Travel wallet – Travel wallets are a little bigger than your usual wallet so you can keep your boarding passes and foreign currency organized in one place. Check out this cute one by Aspinal of London with tabbed dividers.

E-reader cover – You’ve got to protect your Ipad or Kindle as it goes through security if you want to be entertained by it at 30,000 ft. Several big designers have produced their own versions of these covers, like this one from Tory Burch – perfect for your beach weekend getaway.

Cosmetics case – There’s nothing worse than your shampoo exploding all over your luggage or blush getting crushed in transit. Keep your cosmetics safe in a cushioned pouch like this flirty “Call to Action” pouch from Kate Spade.

Passport cover – A bright and shiny passport cover makes it easy to find in your purse. Not to mention it’s way cuter to flash at customs than the boring old blue one. (Pictured: Zagliani passport cover)

Bon voyage!
